DESCRIPTION:Register in advance for a new program organized by Mere Doyen. \nDr. Stephanie Draus will lead an exploration of Yoga Nidra (guided rest practice). Three weekly sessions will meet in person and online. \n3rd follow-up session: Wednesday\, March 18\, 7:30-8:30 p.m. \nPeople are encouraged to do the group meditation sessions in person at the chapel. These will also be available by Zoom if one can’t be there in person. \nPlease email Becky Walters by noon\, Thursday\, February 26\, to reserve your place. The fee of $25/person will help underwrite bringing this health and wellness learning to the Island. Checks should be made out to Union Chapel. Just let Rosanna know if you need the fee to be waived.
