Happy Fall! The plan as of now is that we will have the first Senior Lunch of the season on Thursday, Nov. 17 in our typical format with a luncheon at noon followed by a Pierce Rafferty talk. If folks aren’t comfortable with that option as we get closer, we can have Pierce’s talk and then provide a “to go” meal.

Hopefully, November will get us back on track to continue our meals on the 3rd Thursday of every month. The Union Chapel is finishing up some renovation work and there may be a month over the winter when we are displaced and have to move to an alternate location, but we can figure that out as we get closer.

The Senior Lunch Committee is always looking for volunteer chefs and entertainment ideas. Island organizations are invited to host. Guest speakers are most welcome.
