Managing Depression: Information Talk
Talk by our Island counselor Dr. Jeff White
The National Institute of Mental Health estimates over 16 million Americans have experienced depression at one time in their life. Whether your need is for yourself or a loved one, this talk is designed to help you learn strategies to cope with depression. Dr. White will speak from 10-11 am on March 1, 2019 at Union Chapel, with time for questions and answers.

Jeff White is an AAMFT Clinical Fellow and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. He practices in the New Haven area as a marriage and family therapist, and is a Certified Gottman Therapist and a Certified Gottman Master Trainer. Dr. White serves on the faculty of Manhattan College and previously served as an MFT faculty member at Iona College as well as the Blanton-Peale Institute in New York. Jeff received his Ph.D in Couple and Family Therapy from Drexel University, and is a licensed to practice as a marriage and family therapist in Connecticut, Texas and New York.
